3. Refund Policy
3.1 Services
Refunds for services are available only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days. In cases where service delivery involved preparatory actions or customizations, refunds may be denied, with explanations provided.
In certain scenarios, clients may opt to reschedule instead of requesting a refund, subject to availability.
3.2 Infoproducts
Due to the digital nature of infoproducts, no refunds are issued once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties or did not receive the product, please contact us via our customer support form.
3.3 Physical Products
Physical product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
